Samara University is grateful to welcome guests from all over the world both in person and online! A bright Soft Skills Online Summer School was organized for students from Indonesia who could not travel to Samara.

The Online Summer School consists of two main parts. There are a study part and a cultural program. Classes, excursions, walkings, tours and master classes are held in a distance form.

The study part was conducted by the leading lecturers of Samara University and business and economics specialists. Olga Bolshova has been the permanent head of the Soft Skills Online School since 2021. She conducted classes on Conflict & Negotiations and Decision Making. Maria Frolova explained students how to communicate the support of business activity and carry business cooperation with Russia. Participants pumped their creative thinking together with Elina Lekhtsier and learned how to create persuasive scientific presenatations with a help of Tatiana Tolstova. Moreover students got acquainted with Russian traditions and Russian technologies.

Cultural program included a virtual tour around Samara city and excursion to the Museum of Aviation and Cosmonautics of Samara University, online walkings along the embankment, the historical center of the city, streets of the city, a master class on making traditional Russian dolls 'martenichki' and a cooking master class where participants cooked Russian pancakes online together with a team of online schools!

Online school is a great opportunity to explore the world and deepen knowledge in the subject area staying at home!
