International Schools invite students, professionals and interested parties to join Live Interactive Meeting "Russian Heritage" to boost knowledge and expand horizons.
Live Interactive Meeting is a virtual tour around Russia and exploration of Russian nature, traditions and culture. The International Schools Team will deliver general information about Russia, World Heritage, Russian nations, its pecularities, traditional food, songs, dances, big cities and Russian language.
Quiz game on the discussed topics runs out after the virtual tour. Five participants with the most correct answers will be awarded by awesome presents that will be sent to the winners as parcels via mail.
Additional option on knitting handmade souvenir on the ‘Martenichki‘ master class is provided next day to the interested participants. It is a workshop of knitting Russian traditional dolls that symbolizes winter and spring in Russian folklore. By the great guidance of an expert, participants can create a lovely handmade souvenir and learn more about ancient traditions of Russia. Make sure you have red and white threads (or other color), cardboard (size 16cm*8cm) and scissors.
Duration of the Live Interactive meeting "Russian Heritage" is 2.5 hours. Duration of Martenichki Master Class is 1.5-2 hours. All events are recorded on YouTube.

During 1.5 hours you will know about Russian ancestors' way of life, about traditional Russian dolls which ancestors were playing with It, about the secrets of the Soviet flat. It will be the best memory that you can show and share with your home-folks!
