The first International Law Summer School took place this summer in online format.

19 students, 9 countries, 1 online course... What can unite all these numbers? The answer is - the first online summer school of International Law! Participants from all over the world joined Samara University team to delve deeper their knowledge of various kinds of international law. Best lecturers of Samara University Law Department and leading specialists of international organizations showed students new approaches in international human rights law, opened unexplored before fields of international criminal law, discussed shades of international economic law. Also participants had classes of IT law where they negotiated about pecularities of the sphere. The most unique opportunity for students was International Space Law where lecturer and students covered new issues of outer space.

Along with educational program participants had a chance to be a part of cultural program. Each evening right after the end of classes participants visited online exursions in Samara city in real-time mode. Also all participants with the team of summer school cooked Russian traditional dishes (pancakes and salad olivye), knitted Russian doll as a souvenir from the trip to Russia and played games via online platform!

Online summer school was a great and unforgetable experience for all students from different countries.
