If you tell your friends that you visited a new city, they might want you to prove it and see your photos. Thus, you should take a sightseeing tour!
All participants of summer school had an opportunity to walk around the city and meet history and legends of Samara on the sightseeing tour. Students managed to walk around the Glory Square, enjoy the views of the Volga river, visit the Stalin's Bunker, walk around Samara's embankment, the old city center, Samara space museum, find out why Kuybyshev (nowadays Samara) was a spare capital during the World War II and other curious facts with professional guides. Moreover, students gave some interviews to Samara’s local press and shared their cultural experience in Russia and Samara city in particular.
By the end of the tour, students continued their trip with volunteers on the embankment near Ladya monument and imparted their emotions to the volunteers and Samara's citizens.
